Deduction of RS 1,140.00 for INTER-BRN CASH CHG from my account?

I had deposited rd 2 Lakh in my ac 
 Rs 1140 has been deducted from my account today towards INTER-BRN CASH CHG. I have noticed this kind of deduction earlier aswell. 
But havent got any satisfactory response ever. 
I have reduced my dealings and also changed my salary account one bank to oher bank
 Need a resolution to this issue as its seen widely among Account holders.

Hi Mahendra,

Generally cash deposit charges are collected from a customer if the cash is deposited at another branch (not your home branch) beyond a certain limit. When a customer opens an account, he / she signs a charges structure sheet (part of the account opening form). Please go to the nearest branch and demand to see the said charges structured sheet signed by you. If after opening of the account, the Bank increases / decreases the charges, the same is notified by (a) your account statement, which is received physically or through email, (b) published in the bank's domain, (c) through notice displayed at the branches. Please visit the nearest branch & enquire about the charges applied on your account and ascertain the means through which the customer has been notified about the change in charges. If you do not receive proper response, register a complaint with the branch under copy to their Customer service cell.
