Hi, 
14august they have send me message
 you have done transaction off some amount
 how it possible charging in old cc cards and aslo in new card which not come to me 
after that sending you have to pay so and so amount this getting cheating..

Hi Mahesh,

If you have not received a Credit card and transaction has been done through that Credit card (not by you as per your mail), please register your complaint immediately with Axis bank, either through an application (submit in duplicate at the nearest branch and obtain acknowledgement) or through email.

If you do not receive any positive response within 10 days of registering your complaint, forward your complaint to their Customer service cell. You have also option to approach the Banking Ombudsman.
