Mis Behave And Abusing Me?

I deposited money but not deposit by head cashier. He abused and misbehaving and order to private worker that gate out me with beating.please implement for this working it is need for every customer. Customer go to bank for a reason not walking. This is not good manner . This condition produce problem every customer. So please help me for this reason.

Dear Deepak,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I don't know the circumstances leading to your complaint. While customers can be expected to comply with the bank's stipulated procedures for different types of services, I have no hesitation to state that bank officials are expected to deal with customers with sensitivity and not to ill treat them under any circumstances.

If you have felt offended by the behaviour of the cashier as claimed, the right course for you would have been to bring the issue to notice of the branch manager on the spot. Other alternative was to have asked for complaint register (every branch of every bank is mandated to maintain complaint register under RBI as well as banks internal guidelines) and lodge your complaint.

I presume you have not lodged a formal complaint at the branch. Now you may write to Nodal Officer of the bank through email or letter, narrating the episode in detail. Though this may not bring any direct relief to you, the Nodal Officer can arrange to advise the branch concerned to avoid such incidents. Thus by bringing the issue to notice of the Nodal Officer you would be doing a service not only to the bank but also to the general customers of the bank branch
