Requested to open anFrom my end all documents also submitted as per there instructions. But after more than 1 month till now a/c not opened. They are not responding also properly. My d.d. is still with them only. Address

Hi Hitesh,

Please lodge your complaint with the Customer Service Cell, HDFC Bank through email. Demand to know about the status of your Demand draft. If you do not receive satisfactory reply, for positive resolution, you may lodge your complaint with Banking Ombudsman.
