Dear Sir,

My name is Biswarup Das,  I am complaining about very bad service of them. I need to activate Online Banking urgently, for that I have visted the branch thrice, even one day I have to stand in the line over one & half hour. Every day I am returning empty handed with silly excuses. The other branches do these works immediately, so why cant they? Please look after my concern, I am a working person, I cant visit the branch & oiling the bank personal everyday. your sincerely Biswarup Das

Hi Biswarup,

No doubt it is a harrowing experience. Forward your mail to the Customer Service cell of SBI. Demand for an explanation. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 7 days, you may lodge a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman through email.
