I am really offended with the quality of services  Bank Provides to it's customers. First of all, why does the customer ID need to be memorized by the customer. and most other banks have the option to change the login ID for internet Banking which would be easier to remember them. Now with  I have to remember your 9 digit no. additionally. Seems like expects their customers to be the most free - doing nothing all day long people who would pass their times by remembering random digits. Bull shiittt !! second, the netsecure services come already activated in other bank's packages along internet banking. For Bank, you have to activate them on first place and even then when i tried to enter my registered mobile no. numerous times, it shows me the error "your form contains error, registration failed". Now if i cant book a Railway ticket through my Account, whats the use of internet banking ? Seriously, fucck you Over that, the toll free no.s mentioned on the kit are of no use, I cant connect to any customer care rep after in-numerous attempt

Else I would closed my account right down or shifted it to some other customer friendly bank as soon as possible. Expect an early call on this. Else I 'll transfer all my money at beginning of month to my other account and then leave the  to fucck with itself.
