Wrong & incomplete informatio about regarding Demat Account?

Sir, I am SEKH FIROJ .Again again i complain - but not resolved my issue,When I open my Demate account incomplete & wrong information our branch Employe Already I am asking again and again for Demate account brokerage charge but wrong information your branch employee, Your employee information is panistock share brokeris charge is 0.05 Interday & 0.50 is delivery. But you know it's wrong. I request to you please refund my balanc Rs 1571/- Either I can take action

Hi Firoj,

Please follow the following steps :-

  1. Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online. 
  2. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  3. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  4.  If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

As regards your demat brokerage charge, you may obtain brokerage charge sheet from the Bank that will help you get to know the various charges. Normally, while opening the demat accounts, Banks are getting the brokerage charge sheet signed by the customer. If you are not satisfied with the charge structure, you may escalate the issue to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates are available on the Bank's website.
