I here by dishi bhushan, I have a joint saving account of in your and by the cashier attend me not properly and spoken rude, i felt very badly, please look the matter and clear me as soon as possible.or I close my account in your bank your faithfully dishi bhushan

Dear Dishi Bhushan

No bank official can speak to their customers rudely.  If the cashier spoke rudely to you, should have immediately approached the senior officials / the bank manager.  Such issues should be sorted out without wasting time in going for customer care / mail complaints etc.  Yes, if the Bank Manager too is not responding properly and behaves in the same indifferent manner, you should be taking up with their senior / top management for redressal.
