The cashier Vijayan not response for customer he always insult customers..when aged people come to branch and withdraw 500 or 1000rs means go and take via ATM.. here we have lot of works so 1000rs we can't give via withdraw slip.. its not a perfect response for customers so take great action for this..

Dear Manoj

Such behavioral issues should be immediately brought to the notice of the branch in-charge / manager.  You should be bringing your observations of Vijayan to the notice of senior officials for reprimanding and counselling.  If the head of the branch is not responding positively, then you may take it up with the senior management of the Bank through their website.
