Why is the bank charging me service charge above my penalty for my PLR a/c when I changed my interest rate from floating to fixed

Dear Sir

You will have to go through the sanction letter given to you wherein it is clearly mentioned that whenever any changes in the loan is made as in your case from floating to fixed. If the same is not mentioned then you may claim back the same from them.

However please do check the sanction terms of the loan.
