Delay in home loan?

Question

I have applied home loan at coimbatore. On AUG 15...still processing is going on no proper response I spend almost 5000/rs excess for document purpose...but no use if not ready to move fast you should inform frankly know at least we will arrange some other way waste lof time and money...I got upset on bsnk work process...

Dear Sir

Request you to write to the nodal office of the Bank stating therein the details of the papers you have submitted and also amount paid for processing of the loan. We trust you will get the reply and redressal to your complaint.
