Unfair practice at atm. Click yes your funds goes to charity.?

Dear Sir,
At the ATM, when i want to withdraw cash two times. the second time it displays a message
" Transfer funds to Charity" on top screen a small message comes, Generally we don't read the message, and see what happens our cash withdrawals goes to Charity.

Why you want to display messages to transfer funds to Charity. When i have come to withdraw cash in urgency and within short of time for my own use.

can you please remove this type of messages when people come to withdraw cash and try to withdraw 2 to 3 times in one go...

Please take this issue seriously and I want a confirmation for the same.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

It is suggested that you should be visiting the website of the related Bank, whose ATM is displaying the charity option, and email them suggesting either to remove the same or alternately, it should get displayed very distinctly, so that no one can commit a mistake of transferring funds to charity in a hurry.
