Harrasment and non payment of salary?

Bank has also cheated me by not giving salary for the last 4 months also. The sales officer name was MR. Vishnu from Ameerpet branch. He said that he has my PAN card and will track me down since I have complained against him for not giving salary. I have recorded that phone call. I am very scared and want legal help. Please advise.

Dear Vishnu

Your complaint mails seems to be regarding certain personal antagonism with Vishnu.  With reference to your salary not being paid for last 4 months, I would like to understand, whether you are referring to your salary account with the bank or you happen to be the bank employee?  Your query lacks any clarity.  Please post your grievance in detail, so that appropriate advise can be given.
