Non payment of Matured Fixed Deposits.?

Sir, Please note that I am Senior Citizen age more than 80 years and Now I have to under go Heart Operation in Sushruta Hospital at my native place Cost is more than 2 lacs (including post operation care). Hence, I need money from my Matured Fixed Deposits immediately. If no action is taken, matter will worsen, in the light of the above you are requested to permit my FDR withdrawal immediately without any delay. Bank dombivili Branch

Hi Manav,

Please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Please follow the below steps :-

1) Sign on the backside of the deposit receipt if it is in your name. If the deposit receipt is in 2 / 3 names, all the persons have to sign on the back side. This is required for premature closure.

2) Submit the deposit receipt at your branch (Dombivili) or any branch nearest to your house. Advise the Bank to credit the amount to your account.

Follow the above procedures. Your bank will act immediately.
