Sir, I have made a payment for tneb through net banking on 25.11.2015.one transaction went successfully and another transaction has been failed.but amount 2871.00 RS is debited in my account.so i requested to you please refunt money to me

Dear Shivani

Please handover a written complaint to your home branch seeking reversal / refund of the failed transaction.  You can also email to the home branch or the bank's nodal officer, who looks into such grievances.  The nodal officer contact details would be available on Bank's website.
