Complaint - Bill payment?

I bought a mobile and make it payment on emi for 9months..after completed 9 months still i have bill for next emi, I tried for customer care for 3 days they not responding, they make me to kept hold and cut the call, its very worst customers service

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your complaint does not appear to fall in banking domain. You need to pursue with your vendor. If you have already paid for the merchandise, you can exercise the option of revoking the  ECS mandate wherein your bank comes in the picture. Regards
