Transaction occourd through atm without my permission?

I have saving ac s n medical college agra, saving accn no and 15000 rs has been debited frm my account through atm in other state although my atm card was with me, how it is possible if i have my atm card then how transaction occourd.

Your issue needs to be investigated by the bank.  You are right in saying that when the atm card and PIN are with you, no one else can withdraw money from your account.  Whoever has withdrawn the amount was not having the atm card, PIN and also would not be knowing your account details, especially the balance.  

Hence, do complain to your home branch in writing and obtain an acknowledgement.  You may also ask for the CCTV footage of the particular transaction, which would help in ascertaining as to who withdrew the money.  Please take it up with your home branch on priority and in person.
