Dear sir I am pramanik having account  branch and my father banshidhar  having account  in amarda road branch having registered  in both account I have been using and handle both account net banking for my personal use, MY PROBLEM On dated 1 dec 2015 i have done a IMPS of amount 1000 to following account from  account on dt-1/12/2015 from my father account imps reference time-2.39pm After doing that reply from other site no account credit so i have register a complain Complain  on date 1/12/2015 after that i have got a reply message that it is a failed transaction and money refunded to your account no but no credit to my account yet and no satisfaction answer to me. another complain for why not credit yet in my accounts Complain

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You have stated that your bank responded stating  that the transaction processed by you failed and accordingly the debit was transaction was reversed. Since you claim the amount has not been credited to your account contrary to the claim of the bank, please take up with your bank afresh. I am sure the matter will be  looked  into and resolved to your satisfaction.
