Non refund of cancelled train ticket amount?

I am having account Kolihan Nagar, Rajasthan. I had booked two train tickets through Debt card of Unfortunately I had to cancel both the tickets. and amount is Rs3160/- PNR of another ticket no is 4311058039 and amount is Rs 4695/- Both The ticket were cancelled on 6/11/2015 . The reply from IRCTC say that the said amount has been already returned to Since then I had done lot of correspondence through mail with but still amount is not refunded to me.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The IRCTC refunds are generally very prompt and relative credit would go to the respective account, where from you have made the payment.  If you have made the payment through your Credit Card, please note that the amount would reflect in the next statement of the card account.  If the bill is still not due, please await the next bill of the credit card.  However, if the payment is made through your debit card from your Savings  Account, the amount of refund would appear therein.  Please check the status and then proceed accordingly.
