Sir someone transfer my money on 5 th jan which had had in account and when i ask to bank they told me you have purchase something through debit card i told him did not purchase anything n even i never created 3D secure password before and OTP also did not came on my number how it is possible without OTP they are able to made a transfer... they did not gave me proper response and they disconnected the call i have made a complain to your and that is "SR 395xxxxx" what to do?

Please give a written complaint regarding the issue to your home branch and obtain an acknowledgement.  Let the bank investigate and revert to you.  Trust, you have not compromised your confidential credentials of bank account with anyone, in person or over phone or through texts.  If you are not satisfied with the response of the bank, after 1 month, you can approach Banking Ombudsman.  For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
