Dear sir, 
Today I had paid my electricity bill from bill desk site amount was deducted from my account but not credited to MAHAVITARAN ( Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd )
Kindly request you please credit my amount to MAHAVITARAN and give me the confirmation as soon as earliest possible,

Dear Pravin,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Once your account is debited and the particulars of beneficiary being correct the onus is on the bank to account of the amount in MAHAVITARAN  account. You can verify status of payment independent of the bank by accessing your account on MAHAVITARAN  website. I don't think any further action from your end is required in the matter
