My Name is Divakar Pathak.i have a saving account in  your bank. I went to withdraw some amount from your bank ATM but during the process transaction got failed . i cancelled the process and left the ATM
I entered an amount of Rs 1000 from YOUR BANK ATM on 13th Oct-2015, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 96, but i did not get any money and 10000 was deducted from my account. i complaint three times to other Bank against this act and got the same response that i have taken money( Rs 10000) after all three complaints i demanded for CCTV footage but i did not get CCTV footage till now. your bank is saying that i have withdrawal money. but i did not get any amount if i have withdrawal the money where is the CCTV footage?. I have been suffered a lot. and fed up of doing complaints and follow-ups but did not get to know what happened actually to my money. 
so i request you please help me in this regards, and please advise your bank to return my money with interest.
Please let me know if you need any further information to resolve the issue and to help me to get my money back.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It seems, you might have been cheated by some miscreant/s at the ATM.  CCTV footage may not be available, since the transaction took place more than 3 months back.  Do make a written complain to your bank under acknowledgement and simultaneously file an FIR with Police.  You have to await their response / investigation.
