Amount Trance fer But not reach in beneficiary account?

Dear Sir I have fund trance fer of 5000 Rs on 07.01.16 in account no xxxxxxxxxxxx1460  Through Net Banking Amount has been deducted but not reach in mention account . Please suggest What is the issue and Resolve Immediately

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your relationship officer / branch manager regarding the issue and ask for immediate resolution.  If the data input by you for the online transfer is correct, there should not be any reason for the non-receipt of funds by the beneficiary.  Only your home branch would be able to check the online transfer details and revert regarding the status of the amount, said to be deducted form your account but not credited to the beneficiary.
