Applied for Bank IRCTC Prepaid card but has not received yet after more than one month.?

I had applied for Bank IRCTC Physical Prepaid card last in December 2015, Though the call with customer care service and lots of email to their authority, no one sending any status or taking any action. Though the amount paid for this card is 500, but this kind of service is not expected from bank. Moreover, I did not find any option to cancel the card. I am clueless now. Hope, this way I could get some option.

At the outset please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank. r similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

Since you have done enough follow up but without any result, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman within your jurisdiction (either through letter or email), whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
