Hi . This is mohammad raheem I'm a user of ur bank ...branch located at tarnaka. I did a payment of Rs.836 through TSSPDCL APP.to electric department the amount is dedicated from my account .but yet the bill is on hold due to some reason and already I wrote a letter to my bank .yet I dint got my amount back so please realised my amount ass soon as possible

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It may be possible that the electricity department might be in receipt of the amount, but receipt not generated.  If the bank has already transmitted the amount to the TSSPDCL, they would not be refunding the amount to you.  Hence, you need to check both with the bank and as well as with TSSPDCL regarding the payment.  Mail to both seeking clarification and take it up further accordingly.
