Complaint about the service provided to you about my number?

Dear Team I try to apply a net banking in Bank the facility not there in bank  what service provided I applied the Debit card almost a month ago they were not providing me to whom I need to ask I n trying to call to cc no is always busy when I'm reaching to bank they unable to attend to customer please help us to short out this problems

I don't think, as on date, there is bank, which is not offering the facility of net banking.  If so, the bank would not be in contention at all.  Please speak to your relationship or branch manager regarding the same.  The bank officials would certainly attend to you, which is their duty.  Customer Care numbers, even if connected, would advise you the same.
