Misbehavior and rude behavior done by branch manager?

Bank head office Manager Mr. Jitendra  is very well know of his Misbehavior and rude behavior.
He dose not know even how to talk to customer and behaves with them. Not even new customer although with the very old and renowned customer of Bank One such incident has been captured in CCTV of the bank, If Bank higher authority wants to see their manager behavior they can checkout CCTV coverage on 08/02/2016 time 3:30 pm. Also there is no direct complaint board so that people can log their complain and concern. This is very bad thing that the bank is making fool by one way communication with the customers. If you call to any one either no one will pick the or you will get switch off tone.Tell us how can a customer will trust and be happy with the Bank. This is very disgusting thing!! Truly disappointed.

Since the grievance is against the branch manager himself, it is suggested that you should be bringing the matter to the notice of the Nodal Officer of the Bank.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
