Complaint - Amount reduction?

Hello sir/madam i deposit rs1100 when i open my account  till on that day i dodn't take amount, but today i check my balance in my mobile it shows only 700, so there is no possible reason for rs 400 reduction so pls check it and get me back

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You will have to approach your bank/branch wherein you have opened the account  in order to know the exact reason for account balance being short by Rs.400/- . It appears neither the official of the bank who had explained the charges applicable on various counts, before opening the account nor have you have got the matter clarified beforehand.
