I have been swiping for some amount and their problem started after six month i checked the balance was same it was not converted to EMI i called call center they did not respond to me and i got another mail id bank nodal officer was no response from them.the amount is going up by fines every month. The mistake was from their side because when they provided card they said its automatically converted in to EMI.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I think there is some misunderstanding on your part with regard to the offer. It is unlikely that any bank would offer credit card with the provision for converting every month's card spend into EMI unconditionally. You better have the matter sorted out so that your credit history is not impacted.

I would suggest you to take up the matter with Nodal Officer of the bank for the last time. While taking up, please write all details and narrate your experience in dealing with the call centre. I am sure you will get satisfactory response. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
