There were few fraudulent transactions at USA in US Dollers on my Bank Credit Card on 28th Nov-15 for which after informing to their Dispute resolution Executive, I immediately submitted my complaint letters (Complaint No SR391162543 dated 28-Nov-15 followed with another letter SR 391162640 dated 30th Nov-15 along with other documents such as copy of Passport etc. to my nearest Branch at Indrapuri-Bhopal (MP). Their acknowledgement on the same dates were also obtained on my office copy. However, my bank is continuously sending reminders for payments along with sending fresh statements charging non-payment as well as Interests charges with every communications without bothering to take any actions on my complaints. Meantime, I have sent Nos of reminders but all of them seem to have been ignored by your bank

Dear Akver

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If certain fraudulent transaction were carried out on your credit card, post complaint, you should have pursued for reversal of those debits.  Otherwise, the bank would continue to show the debits / fraud transactions in your credit card statement and would levy charges as applicable, treating them as genuine withdrawals.  You should be immediately getting in touch with your home branch officials / manager and seek clarification, as to what was their response to your complaints.  If the branch response is not to your satisfaction, may email your grievance to the Nodal Officer of the Bank and in the absence might as well contemplate taking up the same with Banking Ombudsman.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website for address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
