An amount of rs. 5000 was deducted twice from my account while withdrawing amount from the branch atm on 17/02/2016. I complaint regarding it on 18/02/2016 when i saw msg in my mobile. Due to the server problem of the bank the first attempt of withdrawal was unsuccessful and i didn't received the cash but the amount was deducted from my account. In the second attempt i received cash and then also amount was deducted . I made a complaint on toll free no. On 18/02/2016 with complaint no. 201602180890. Still no communication is received from the bank neither my money is credited to the account.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since the disputed transaction was on branch ATM itself, the bank would be in a better position to check the reports / CCTV footage, regarding the problem with the transaction, which should not take more than 3-4 days.  It would be better to walk into the branch and handover a written complaint to the manager.  Toll free numbers deal with thousands of complaints, hence may take longtime for a resolution.  Please take it up personally with the bank officials for an immediate resolution.
