Auto debit with out consent of customer?

I am a customer of your Bank I found irregularities in my credit card bill and ask few clarification but may be 2 weeks passed no clarification from the bank side. Bank deducted Rs 63473/- from my account with out my consent and again put lien on around 17835/- .My question is I never said I will not pay the amount but was seeking the clarification on my queries. If you check my account there is not showing any credit card details against me but as per the bank they have issued a new credit card to me but I did not receive that so I asked to provide me the receipt of delivery 15 days past no reply from Bank Even I am not aware what is my pending balance against my credit, Some time I receive mail total due is 63000/, some time 78000/ some time 81000/. I am a teacher but I really sad to say this is really a bad experience from a recognized bank. Even I requested them that as bank rules says a consumer can be allowed to pay in installments to all dues. but bank does not listen to that now even I don't know how much money Bank is going to deduct I am totally in confused state even I am afraid of this that when salary would be credited this month that also bank may put on lien. So my sincere request please look into this issue and please provide me the solution. I just need a clear picture. If possible please provide me all the clarification I asked to customer care.I have all the mails received from the bank if required can be forwarded to you With hope that I would get proper justice from you and looking forward to your cooperation.

Credit Card spends, if not paid within due date, would attract high rate of interest, late fee, service tax, surcharge etc.  Since you admit having availed the credit on the card, but not made timely and full bill payments, the dues might have bloated.  Banks would consider payment of credit card dues in EMIs, but that is in exceptional cases, with certain riders.  A bank can exercise their paramount lien on your other deposit accounts, if monies are due to them.  It is suggested that your should be immediately meeting the credit card recovery officials of the bank and present your case either for EMIs or bullet payment.  They might consider your request based on your relationship.  Please explore the possibility.  Simultaneously, you can ask for your credit card account statement and check the correctness.
