sir my complaint is not only mine complaint but it's a public complaint .
YOUR BANK STAFF IS DOING BAD BEHAVIOR WITH CUSTOMER & WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR STAFF BRANCH PIRO .
PLEASE SIR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER.

Dear Jaysingh

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest you to bring the matter to notice of the Nodal Officer of the bank through email or letter for necessary action. Don't generallise. Instead provide one or two specific examples of misbehaviour or attitudinal problems.The details you share must be factual not imaginary neither to with wrong intention. If your grievance is genuine don't hesitate to name the officials.

I am sure the Nodal Officer would arrange to improve things at the branch.
