Today I was trying to withdraw money from your ATM  
The machine asked me to specify the number of notes I wanted of 100 rupees denomination I entered 100 
as I wanted to withdraw rupees 10, 000. Only a 100 rupees note came out. 
That too went back  This amount has beeen deducted from my account I have accounts
 in Such a thing has NEVER happened before The record number is 7261 
I have utmost faith in your authorities due to prior transactions
 I want immediate action to be taken.
 I also want to inform you that the ATM machine 
in the said branch doesn't generate a receipt Awaiting an eager response

Hi Ankush,

You have not mentioned the Bank name to which the ATM is attached. However, follow the below course of actions :-

(a) If there is a guard at the ATM, there would be complaint book. Write your complaint in the book mentioning the time and record number

(b) If the ATM belongs to your Bank, submit your application in duplicate to your branch / any nearest branch of your Bank and obtain the acknowledgement.

(c) If the ATM belongs to another Bank, submit your application in duplicate to your branch / any nearest branch of your Bank advising it to recall the amount from the other Bank. Keep the acknowledgement copy with you.

(d) If you do not receive any positive response from your Bank branch within 7 - 10 days, register your complaint with the Customer service cell of your Bank. Keep the letter copy with you.

(e) If the Customer Service cell does not respond, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.
