Request for ATM card new pin no?

Hello Sir/Madam, I am SAKSHI GUPTA, customer of your bank (JASWANT NAGAR BRANCH, ETAWAH, U.P ) My ATM cum Debit card is lost and so that unable to operate my debit card from any ATM machine. I have already contacted in branch. I request you to provide me a duplicate ATM with new PIN for my Debit card amd request you to block lost one.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You should be handing over a written request to the Bank, asking to provide a fresh ATM card and PIN.  After that, within a week, you should be getting them delivered on your communication address through separate couriers / post.  If the request is already given to the bank, do wait for couple of more days.
