Dear Sir,  I had applied for a credit card 20 days back, till today i am unable to know the status of the card, the representative from bank (Gorky Terrace Branch) Mr. Muchammad. Ferookh XXXXXX3423, he is not picking my call even after several fake commitments. Kindly do the needful so that i can have atleast an update of the same.This much is expected from a prestigious bank like bank.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please approach the bank, whose representative, you have met.  However, the issue of credit card is based on several parameters and is prerogative of the bank.  You may also apply for other banks credit card too.  You do have choice / options.
