Unethical behaviour of Manager,?

On 19-3-16 only one counter was working. Too rush. The Manager was chatting in his room. when questioned he throw the telephone on a me. The CC TV footage between 12.30 to 13.00 hrs in his room and also near the entrance is the proof how unethically the manager behaved. I am ready for a confronted enquiry.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Such unruly behaviour of the manager himself, should be brought to the notice of the senior management of the bank. Because, such nasty behaviour is not expected from bank officials, leave alone the branch manager.   You email the grievance to the Nodal Officer of the bank, whose contact details would be available on their website.  You should mention about the CCTV recording also, if you are sure about the same.
