Renewal of my expired credit card?

Dear sir, I’m having a GLOD & More Platinum credit card & which has got Expired on 09/2015 & I have not got received any card for replacement/ renewal of the same, so I kindly request you to please make an arrangement to get me a new card ASAP.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Generally banks send renewed cards well before expiry date of existing card. If you have not received the renewal card and neither any bill relating thereto, probability is that the bank has not renewed your card. I presume that you have not changed your address. In case you have changed your address but did not intimate the bank, renewed card would have been mailed to the address on the bank's record and got returned undelivered.

You may approach your home branch to ascertain the facts in the above regards.
