Non credit of my amount rs 500?

Sir I have done withdrawn transcation for with drawn 500 rupees twice from your bank atm on 1 feb 16 but the amount was not withdrawn but sinle credit was automaticcaly done but atm transaction which was failed is not credit Rs 500. my acct and my atm  the amount of Rs 500 is not yet credited. plse do needful.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please handover a written complaint to your home branch for reversing the disputed ATM withdrawal amount of Rs.500/-.  The bank would check their records and revert to your with status.  Do await their response.
