Telephonic customer service?

It's been 3 times that I have called customer service for an issue related to my bank account and everytime when the call get connected, they disconnects after giving a small welcome speech. It cannot be a co-incident everytime...moreover, being a bank they should have a courtesy to call back, if the line gets disconnected. But I have experienced numerous call for loans which was never asked, but daily 4-5 call for giving loan... Very bad telephonic customer service
