I have account in your sambhal in asmoli branch. Mai 35000 haraz ka cheque le kar is bank me gaya strdy me to mujhe se kaha jata hai ki 4 baje cash hoga jo nahi hua fir tuesdy me jata hu tab bhi nahi milta mere ziyada puchne par mujhse kaha jata hai ki hume nahi pata kahan hai apka cheque kis ko diya tha gate samne hai yahan se jao. Ye sun kar mai ne kaha ki ap baat kese kar rahe ho to casher bolaq mai aise hi baat karta hu abhi aap batayiye me kya karu muze mere paise chiye aise logoko bank me kaam karne ke liye bola he ya customer so battmizi karne ke paise dete he aap. please aap kuch kijiye mera jo apman huva he aapki bank me muze iske khilaf insaaf chiye nahi to consumer court me jaaunga aur aapke khilaf complaint karunga tabhi aap bankers ko samazme aayega ke customer kitna important hota he.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your complaint seems to be on the behaviour and attitudinal aspects prevailing at the particular branch. And it would be in order to bring the issue to notice of the bank's senior management for corrective action. In this regard I suggest you to write to Nodal Officer of the bank. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. I am sure the bank would acknowledge your complaint and also initiate suitable action to avoid recurrence of such episodes in future.
