Sir I purchase some goods from Easyday store located at jalalabad(w) pin code 152024 using my card. During payment through card money is debited but money is not successfully transferred to easyday store so again I paid the amount to Easyday using my card. As I registered a complaint for my money to but they asked me that money is successfully transfered to Easyday. So I also approach to Easyday e& asked about my problem & they told me that they had already replied to Pnb against my compliant & clearly show the record that they got the money only one time. So again I raise a compliant in but I got the same response from Pnb & neither I was responded by branch manager nor by coustmer care. So I request you to add a complaint against bank so that I get my money(211rs) . Sir you know the value of 211rs in that particular time for a common man. This all incident happen on 17 Jan 2016 & still I didn't get the money back into my account  sir I am also sending you the pictures of bill receipt, statement of my account from 17 Jan 2016 to till date & the mini statement of my account taken after a few minutes of bill receipt I hope you will understand my problem & definitely help me to get the money back into my account either from my bank or from Easyday . Bcoz if in that type of cases if money is large then who will take responsibility for coustmers money.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your grievance, I suggest you to bring the same to notice of Nodal Officer of your bank seeking redressal. Contact details of your bank's nodal officer can be found on the bank's website. 

Give the Nodal Officer a reasonable amount of time say 15 days to revert to you. In case  the bank/Nodal Officer fails to respond or the response is not to your satisfaction, you may take up the matter with the Banking Ombudsman. This is the best option to bring the matter to close in an effective manner.
