Credit card employees - anurag aggarwal and meenakshi mehrotra?

Anurag Aggarwal and meenakshi mehrotra, employees of credit card department, these two gave me wrong information. They picked up my calls only once. Since then I have tried 20 calls to them but none of them picked my call and in fact they kept cutting my calls. They both are harassing me mentally. bank mailed me be assinged these employees for clearing queries but they are not doing so. Please take a strong action against them and provide me a new officer who can resolve my issue.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your mail does not convey the grievance in full.  If the assigned officials, who are supposed to resolve the issue are not responding, then email your complaint to the Nodal Officer of the Bank, whose details would be available on their website.
