Rupees deducted by but they are reverting my cash?

Today i was trying to book ticket through irctc though they have deducted my cash my account but i cannot book my ticket  Transaction ID: 10000044444 for irctc which says ticket not booked but bank official  have not reverted my mailed yet when shall i could get my ticket refunds of rupees 800 rs. i have also selected option (book only when there is seats available) therefore i cannot see any transaction details from irctc because ticket has not booked confirm/waiting list.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The mail is confusing, since if the ticked is not booked, then there can not be a Ticket Transaction ID from IRCTC.  Assuming you have cancelled the booked ticket, the refund might take couple of days to reflect in your account.  Hence, please wait for 2 days and then check the refund status, both with IRCTC and the bank.
