Credit card status undelivered?

I applied for credit card. I got the pin but not the card. I got an email saying the card is returned undelivered. I raised the complaint before, but no response. Even though I sent my mailing address.
Past 1 month I am contacting through email but no response. Kindly look at the issue and send the card to my mailing address. Kindly resend my credit card to my mailing address soon.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please approach your home branch.  The possibility is that the returned credit card may be lying with them.  Even if it is not with them, they would be in a position to guide you / or / arrange for delivery at your registered communication address.
