About credit card application status?

Question

My bank credit card  Document collected from me on 25 Aug 15.till now I have not received neither any mail nor any message/phone call. also, there is no proper address of  bank to track status of application online. Very bad service from their side. Pls do some need full, otherwise kindly return my all documents.

Why don't you speak to the person, who collected the documents from you? He must be representing some office / branch of the bank.  His business card must be containing all the details.  Trust, you ensured to take care that the documents are being parted only after confirming the antecedents of the person called on you.  The relative bank website would definitely contain the customer care numbers for credit cards.  Please speak to them.
