Unauthorized deduction for account transfer?

I have Account with your 026 branch - Vadodara Ajwa road which is transferred to Vadodara Vrindavan char rasta, waghodia road branch. Without asking or informing about any charges, a Rs. 115/- is debited to my account.Had it been chargeable, I would not have gone for transfer. I have inquired with other branch where it is told to me that the transfer is free of cost. Also, I am maintaining sufficient balance in  account which you can verify. Please get it reversed / return to my account.
