Dear Team,  Please note i have done transfer request from mobile IMPS App on 05 May, Unfortunately the transaction get failed and shows the message 'Timeout"but amount has been debited from my account. Below is the transaction detail...

Dear Salih,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complaint/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Firstly my apologies for the delayed response.

I believe that by now you would have got the money back. IMPS transactions rarely fail. If it does, the same could be some technical glitch and the control of which in most such cases rests with NPCI. If your issue has not been sorted out till now,  you may take up with Nodal Officer of the bank providing the mentioned details. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
