Dear sir/mam mere mom ke 8000 cut ho gaye hai call aya tha is number se  xxxxxx5898 aur uske turant bad account se 8000 rupees cut ho gaye the aur bande ke phone abhi tak chalu hai mera account number hai xxxxxxxxxxxxx8186 bank name bank  ahmedabad gujrat . plz solve this complain

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Please do not disclose personal particulars to any one even if he is calling from the Bank. You have disclosed the personal details to an unknown person who has fraudulently withdrawn money from your account. You will have no other option but to lodge a police complaint and furnish the number from which call was received. If the phone number is still working, it would not be difficult to trace the culprit.
