Harassment mentally by calling my relatives for money?

2 Years gone when I started my account  and my Monthly Transaction Above 1lacks then I asked to increase my debit card limit then they said apply for platinum debit card I feel a form then after few months they reply me I am not Eligible eligible For platinum debits card I say ok not a issue pls Close My all account and form manager off bank refused then gone to close my mutual funds account they all so refused then I refused to pay your credit card payment I am ready to pay but if bank is ready to sovel my Problem It's my request. Plus worrny to all I will take Legal Action

Hi Nikhil,

It is not clear from your mail what is the exact issue.

Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

As regards your credit card outstanding, I would suggest you to pay off the outstanding as it may lead to adverse comment in the CIBIL report that is used for sanctioning for any kind of loans. If the account is not getting closed, you may transfer all the funds to your other Bank account by drawing a cheque for the balance amount. As far as MF investments are concerned, you may change the redemption Bank account details in the investments by filling up a prescribed format for the same.
